The new Framework and the Tranche 5 projects were officially launched on 22nd July in the magnificent surroundings of Manchester Town Hall.
The event was attended by all the Framework Contractors and a number of clients whose projects will be part of Tranche 5. These included The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and Manchester City Council, the first District Heat Network Scheme to be procured under the Framework.
